Next, I used a coupler tube to epoxy the new section of airframe to the lower section that I salvaged.  I then stripped off all of the old paint so that I would be able to fiberglass the new airframe to the old and hide the seam in the process. I also removed the old 1/4 inch brass launch lug that PML provided, I will use a set of 1/2 launch lugs this time around.
